Concentrate
FRALU-CON is a toasted, sweet Lupin concentrate, to be used in various parts of the food industry where a higher protein-content is needed. FRALU-CON gives i.e. a higher emulsification property to the dough. Also the higher protein-level gives a better digestibility of the finished product. On the base of the high protein content (60 %), FRALU-CON can be used as a good replacement for other vegetable or animal proteins. FRALU-CON is delivered in 20 kg bags, 36 bags on a euro-size pallet (=720kg).
FRALU-CON has a shelf-life of 12 months after production date if stored in cool and dry condition.
FRALU-CON is made from L-Angusuifolius beans, which are not GM pulses.
Note: This product can be supplied with a kosher Certificate.
