FRALU-CON is a Lupin Concentrate with a protein content of 60 %.
FRALU-CON is a GMO-free product with the following characteristics:
- Good emulsification property
- High water and oil binding capacity
- Contains all essential amino acids which are good digestible
- High in vitamin A and vitamin E level and therefore is a good antioxidant.
- High in minerals especially calcium, magnesium and phosphorous
- Contains no gluten, lactose, cholesterol or trypsin inhibitors.
- Influences in a positive way the water activity in baked goods.
FRALU-CON can be used in:
- Batter mixes to improve binding of the bread crumb
- Baked goods to enlarge the shelf-life, to improve the emulsification property and to substitute egg and milk proteins. It gives a better structure and colouring to the baked goods.
- Pasta and noodles to improve the cooking stability, to substitute gluten and to give a more golden, egg like colour
- Vegetarian products as a functional component and binder
